Overview
You have created a new Status for your Workflow and are wanting to see Elements that have been placed into this Status on your Calendar but you do not see the Status Option under your Element in the Calendar Tree. Here is how to Enable a Status for an Element.

If you have created a new Status but are not seeing that Status in the options on the Calendar Tree:
That is likely because the Status has not been enabled on the Element you are looking for.
To do this we need to go to Projects > Project Elements > double click on the Element (in this example, Quote) > click the Status Options tab > In the Permitted Status Options section we want to Enable the Status we created and then click Update.
You have now just enabled the Status. Click refresh on your web browser to reload the Flex system so we can see the changes on the Calendar and then go back to our Element in the Calendar Tree to select out new Status. Check the box next to the Status to see it appear on your Calendar. Be sure to click the yellow Edit box and SAVE the changes to the Calendar.
