The Contact Manager is a powerful tool that will help you in managing your contacts. In the Contact Manager, you can view important information about your contacts, including name, company, addresses, and more.
To access the Contact Manager, go to the Contacts menu, then click Contact Manager.
When you open the Contact Manager, you will notice several options along the bottom of the screen:
- An ADD NEW CONTACT button.
- A CLEAR ALL FILTERS button.
- An EXPORT button.
- A DELETE SELECTED CONTACTS button.
- A SHOW ONLY options list. This will allow you to filter the list to show only company contacts, individual contacts, or deleted contacts.
Searching for Contacts in the Contact Manager
By default, the Contact Manager will show 50 results per page. You can move through different pages by using the page navigator in the right side of the footer.
Along the top of the Contact Manager fields is a filter bar where you can enter text and narrow down the results that show. You can use as many fields as you need to when filtering results. To quickly clear the filter, you can click the Clear All Filters icon in the footer.
