Having a note as a draggable item to become a heading inside a sub heading

Is there a way to create a series of notes that can be dragged into a quote as a sub title inside a subtotal section? As we are not able to have a subsection within a subtotal currently, what a commonly do is create a note to subdivide that section. The problem is that I have to type that note each time I am building a quote. I typically use the same notes, like "cabling", "amplifiers", "speaker rigging items", etc. So it would be helpful if I could just drag these notes into the quote. If I create the headings as an inventory item, it works in practice but that subtotal always shows a deficit. I could create an arbitrary number for the amount of those headings I have an inventory to avoid seeing the deficit, but I would prefer if there would just be a cleaner way

  I created a resource type called notes. I then create the notes I want to use over and over as a service offering categorized as the note resource type. I have them available in the tree under services. It works for me, give it a try and see if it does what you want.
