"Total" & "Balance Due" dropdown not showing in quote list

When I go to my list of quotes I am able to sort by many different options such as Name, Ship Date, Billing Entity, Sales Person, etc. However, my associates are able to see the monetary value of each job and the balance remaining in the dropdown column. I can see these values upon actually entering a quote, but not in the list of projects.

Any ideas how to make this viewable for me?
