Holding one inventory item for multiple shows

I have three shows that will be using the same projector when it's installed on the first how. 

Availability see's this as asking for three projectors and causing a shortage. How do I tell the system that this one projector will satisfy all three shows?

  You could achieve this with the "Warehouse Mute" function. Basically the item will show on the quote for billing but not the pull sheet and availability calculator.
