Is there a way to disable the pop up window that asks to send an email to other Flex users within our company? When I create/update a pull sheet, a window opens asking me if I'd like to email my coworkers, informing them of the pull sheet. This is what we'd like to turn off. Is there certain account permissions required to make this change?

  Hey Noah,

  Yeah, you would basically need to be an administrator.  Then you would remove the workflow action from the workflow job.  Workflow edits can be made under Projects > Workflow.  There you can dig in until you find the workflow action you want to change and remove the Outflow or Inflow Job that is emailing folks.  If you haven't edited workflows before, be careful and maybe get a little more assistance.  Let me know if I can help.
