Flat administration fee on all quotes.

I've watched all the fee matrices videos, and now know all kinds of ways to use percentages to calculate just about everything.  which is nice, but I was wondering if theres a way to insert just a flat rate on every rental quote.

  Probably not in the way you're wanting.  The custom rows don't allow for a pre-populated number.  So here are some alternatives.  Some of these are going to be obvious:

  • Build a custom row and manually enter the number every time.  (just stating the obvious)
  • Build a Service item that you drag into the Quote body that has a preset price.
  • Create a template that you work from with every quote.  Can either put the Admin fee in the body or save it to a custom row.
