Reversing an item that was accidently deleted.

I have an item that one of our employees created with a serial number and barcode, then some how managed to accidently delete the item. Now that barcode number is attached to a deleted item. I can pull the item up and see it has been "deleted" however I'm wondering if there's a way to reverse this if it ever happens again in the future.

For the time being, I have removed this inventory permission from the employee to prevent this in the future and have edited the item barcode to a new number.. But, I'm hoping this is denied permission can be temporary and there is a way to reverse it as I'd like him to ultimately have this permission as well as keep our side clean of 'deleted' items.

  Undeleting a Serial Unit

  1. On the  Inventory menu, click Inventory Manager.
  2. In the Show Only filter located in the footer, choose Deleted Items.
  3. Search for the deleted serial unit that you are looking for using the search fields of the Inventory Manager.
  4. When you find the deleted serial unit, select the checkbox of the line, then click the  Undelete Selected Lines button in the footer.
