Total Muted - Price Report

So it appears that Total Muted items aren't considered "discounts." I can understand why that may be for certain package settings, but as far as I can tell it leaves no way to measure the total value of line items on a quote that are total muted.

Is it possible to create a custom report that reflects the Total Price of all line items on a Quote that are Total Muted?

  Hey Marcus! Yes, this is possible with a custom report. Also, you could consider turning on the line-level discount column and setting those items to 100% discount if that works better for you with the reports you have at your disposal.

  Let me know if you would like help with a custom report calculating Total Muted lines.

  Do you mean adding a 100% discount to a line item instead of toggling the TM? That could work, I'll play around with the idea and maybe hit you up if a custom report is needed. Thanks!
