Executive Inventory Dashboard

Is there a way to create a custom, live dashboard that shows the useage of "big ticket" items of our choosing. We currently have a google spread sheet that we list out for example LED panel counts, camera counts, lenses, etc.. so we can have a quick at-a-glance look at all of the shows occuring in the month and see where the gear has been quoted. We do the same for labor. Is there a way, within flex to have a living dashboard that would show that?
