Projects - Quotes - Columns

    Hey Ann!

    Click on Projects.

    Click Element Definitions.

    Click on the quote type you need to add the column to, perhaps Quotes.

    Click on the Search Options tab.

    Click on the "+" icon at the bottom-left, which will create a new row.

    In the Caption field, fill in what you'd like displayed as the header the column. In this case, you'll probably want "Number".

    In the Field Type field, select Document Number from the drop-down list.

    Leave the Format Mask set to None.

    Click and drag the 6 dots to the left of the Caption field to reorganize where you'd like it to be displayed. Mine is set to be right after the Name column.

    I think that should get you what you need, but let me know if I didn't understand what you need.
