Problem adding a certain item to pull sheets

Over the last 24 hours, anytime I try to add a Grand MA3 lighting console to a pull sheet, I get the following error:

Exception ID: 1f618343-2873-4078-9122-b80e1719f1f6

undefined

I don't get this error with any other items. Just this one specific item. I've even deleted the model and the serialized items and rebuilt the model, only to get the same issue.

Anyone have a clue about this? It worked fine last week.
