Scanning "undefined"
I really don't understand this issue. I have gear that is currently in my system, proven by inquiry scan. But when scanning to a pull sheet, I keep getting an "undefined:undefined" message. What is the problem? Things like this make it hard to keep my guys on task with the scanning.
