Calendar view for European companies

The user should be able to change the calendar view to European style, where the week starts on Monday and ends on Sunday.

These should be the basic settings and since the date and time format can already be changed to the European format (DD. MM. YYYY / 00:00), it is strange that the start date of the calendar cannot be changed.
