container contents not fulfilling pull sheet lines

Hello,

I'm having an issue where I scan a container with contents to a pull sheet and the manifest records all of the contents, but doesn't link them to the corresponding items on the pull sheet, showing them as unscanned. I can open the link manager and manually link each item, but that's not a real solution. Can anyone explain why this is happening and offer a solution? Apparently it's been happening across all containers for weeks, if not longer.

  Hey David, I'd suggest sending a support@flexrentalsolutions.com email to open a ticket.  They can log in and check settings like "Match Mode".  It would be great to hear back in this thread what the culprit was.

  Hey, David have you checked the preset of the container, see if the permanent content is clicked yes . so that when you scan the item it will all the items together. also If the items are non-serialised, it will scan into the random case, or package. the other option is to make it a free pick container with contents in it so that you can scan the items into that specific case.

  I had this problem when I built containers as a parent item. The container needed to be a child to be able to fulfill items on the Pull otherwise they came through as unlinked items.
