Microsoft Outlook integration

Anyone have any good solutions for Outlook calendar integration?

And/or email automation either FROM Flex or integrated with Outlook?

We're looking to have our Flex calendar in Outlook.

And have emails sent to crew with tasks and/or new information from Flex.
