Running "Missing from Container" Reports
Hi friends!
I often use the "Missing from Manifest" in order to determine and communicate the cost of gear that wasn't returned.
This time, I accidentally let a workbox go on a rental WITHOUT being on a pullsheet, and I'm trying to determine the cost of the gear that is currently missing from this container.
Do you guys have any ideas?

Try the "Return Manifest" report with the option "Unreturned Items Only" set to Yes. "Presumed Missing for Manifest" report (if that's the one you usually use) is only good for serialized units after the return is finalized.
But I'm confused a bit by the "WITHOUT being on a pullsheet". Neither report depends on things being on the PS, just the Manifest. Are you meaning that you didn't scan it out (onto the Manifest)? If so, does the unit still have its contents memorized from before it left? You could scan the container out to the original Prep Screen to put it onto the Manifest fully packed, and then return scan what came back. Then run the "Return Manifest" to show what all is missing.
