How do you handle crew advance distribution?
Hi Flex community,
I've been working with several AV companies and noticed they all handle crew advance distribution a bit differently. I'm curious how other companies and project managers are managing this process efficiently.
Currently, I'm seeing companies:
- Manually compiling information from quotes into emails
- Using custom document templates
- Creating shared cloud documents
- Having PMs develop their own systems
What tools/processes are you using to get crew advance information to your technicians and contractors? Have you found ways to streamline this that might help others in the community?
