    Thanks for reaching out!

    Our QuickBooks Online integration is bi-directional for Invoices. Once you’ve exported an invoice, you’ll see an option in the Financials menu to “Retrieve Payments from QuickBooks”—making it easy to keep everything in sync.

    With Purchase Orders, the workflow is a little different. You can export them to QuickBooks, but we don’t support retrieving outbound payments from QBO. Those payments would need to be managed directly within QuickBooks.
