Pay Engine Reports

Is there any way to pull a report in Pay Engine that has the following:

Invoice Number

Invoiced Amount

CC Fee Charged

Date

Customer Name

 

I'm finding it extremely cumbersome to toggle through all of the various parts of Pay Engine in order to find the transactions that I'm looking for.

  Hi Josh,

  PayEngine is not a Flex product, so you will need to reach out to their support team for assistance with their product. There should be a link in the workbench menu (right-hand side) of any Project Element that accepts payments (i.e., an Invoice).
