On Hand quantity of non serialized items creeping upwards over time
I'm having an issue where the On Hand quantity of some non serialized items is not reflecting their actual scan histories. For example, we have 57 100' NL4 cables allocated, and counting them by hand today revealed that we have 38 physically present in the warehouse. However, the inventory dashboard says that we have 64 on hand/available for today.
My first guess was that we had simply made some errors in scanning them in, but when I checked the audit trail for the cables and added up all the scans since the last inventory count myself, the total was 38. Is there any reason why the quantities shown on the inventory dashboard and availability calendar could be so much higher than what you would expect from the audit trail?

In theory, that shouldn't ever happen. However, we've done a lot of work lately around undo scans. So it's entirely possible there's a scenario we've not handled correctly. It could also be completely unrelated to undo scans. Either way, I highly recommend reaching out to our support team via the app so they can begin investigating and perhaps help us uncover a bug.
