Calendar Template Further Customisation

We'd love to be able to adjust how different calendar templates block out days.
We want to be able to use "Show start date" and "Show end date" for our sales team calendar template as that is much more relevant to them.
Meanwhile we would like to use the "send date" and "return date" for logistics team calendar.

For the calendar templates we are able to customise the list view/daybook view and we'd like the same functionality for the calendar view.
