Sensitive information
Hello there!
I have a user in Flex that I have set up that is used for multiple people - essentially a freelancer login so they can check things like gear lists while on site.
I've successfully created some sensitive/non-sensitve views to hide 99.9% of the information we don't want them to see. I'm stuck on a couple of things though, and maybe there isn't a solution out there for it yet, but maybe there's something I haven't thought of.
1. I would like to hide the client in the header of quotes/pull sheets/manifests. Doesn't appear that's an option. There doesn't appear to be a way to remove it from the different views in the element definitions, and making all the client related fields sensitive in the sensitive search fields only removes it from the calendars and the project list.
2. Is there a way I can make it so they can only see elements with certain statuses? For instance, we don't want them to see anything in inquiry. I've created a calendar for that user that excludes the statuses I don't want them to see, but they can still just switch to another calendar that does have them, or open the project list that lists everything.
Any help would be appreciated!

Hey Lexy Davies,
Thanks for reaching out! I’d love to better understand the end goal you have in mind. You can limit those users to only handle prep/return, which would remove most of the extra information you mentioned. What specific details do the freelancers need to see while on site?
If it’s essentially just the items scanned out to the project, you could create a report without customer info for them to generate. Alternatively, we could set up a workflow action that notifies the crew with a report like this.
Getting a bit more detail from you will help us make the best recommendation for your situation.
