Automated Deposit Due report

I am setting up a deposit due report to generate weekly on Tuesday mornings. When we tried it out, It also in included deposits due from YEARS ago. How would I filter this so the auto report only listed future deposits due?

  Hey Peter,

  If you're talking about the stock "Deposit Due Date" report, it has a few filters on it.  The 2 most relevant are report status settings (e.g. Main Menu > Projects > Element Definitions > Quotes > Reports tab > Enabled Definition Level Reports) as well as a filter to only include elements that have payments that are less than the deposit amount.  I would think the status settings would clean up most clients' historical elements for that report, but if you still need a date range filter added, I can upload a custom version that gives you that capability.  My contact info is below.  I'm endorsed by Flex and supply custom reports to Flex clients.
