Non seriallized items threshold for return
Is there a way to setup a flag in your system when someone is checking in more of a QTY then should be allocated. Are biggest issue seems to come from non serialized things being checked in that were never out or getting checked out and not returned. Is there an option to keep warehouse workers from being able to just scan in cables (or any non serialized items) over the allocated amount?

There is a prompt if the quantity you are returning is more than the total allocated (see below), but I don't think there is a warning if you are scanning a smaller qty which puts your total over the allocated amount.
You do get a warning symbol on the return screen if you have overscanned (below). Maybe before finalizing the return, techs need to look over the return screen and identify any lines with warnings which require action or recounts? If you check 'Hide completed items,' the overscanned lines still show, so that can be a good procedure to check for issues before finalizing.
