Report for Daily Inventory Requirements
Is there a report that would show the quantity of equipment needed each day? I'd like to run a report that would show how many microphones I need for Monday the 1st, then Tuesday the 2nd, etc. Thanks.

Hi John-
Have you seen the Inventory Requirements and Inventory Requirements Matrix report? Look in Reports menu > Quotes. Note, this only shows equipment on quotes so if you have more gear on the pull sheets than what is on the quote, it may not be accurate.
If the reports are not showing in that menu, navigate to Projects > Project Elements > Quote > Reports tab and enable them in the Definition Level Reports section at the bottom.
I have also created an Equipment Forecast custom report which generates a complete list of all equipment going in or out of the warehouse, grouped by department (i.e. Audio, Video, Rigging, etc). So the person in charge of Rigging equipment can get an automatic email every morning 7am with the day's movements. It can also be used to see how busy you will be in each department or overall, to schedule warehouse labor accordingly. E-mail me if you're interested in that.

Yeah the Equipment Forecast was developed to be a more useful version of the Inventory Requirements reports.
