Sending to Multiple Emails

Is there a way to always send to two different emails for one client?

Say I have Jump Audio and I need to always send it to Project Manager Tim and Assistant Coordinator Jack whenever I send quotes to that client.

Wondering if there is a way to make it send to two emails without typing in one or the other every time. It only defaults to one email under a contact and the other doesn't do anything unless requested because there can only be one default.
