Batch or Bulk Deletion of Items

We are auctioning off thousands of items from our inventory. I'm tasked with deleting the items from our system. I don't see any way to natively do this as a batch or in bulk. It would be great if Inventory Manager had a way to build a list to purge, or if the Inventory Scan screen had a 'delete' mode in addition to 'recovery.' Since those don't seem to be an option, has anyone else been tasked with a similar problem? Have you found a method other than manually deleting every item?

  Hey Andrew,

  Yeah, I don't know of a direct way of bulk deleting items.  You probably know how to bulk delete units from one single model.  Reply back if you don't.  That's the only bulk advantage I can think of.  As a consultant, I'll at least mention that those items you're selling would be potentially great historical data for long-term reporting.  I hate to see it get deleted.  If you want to consider processing that equipment as a sale, reply back.  No doubt that "thousands" of items is a bit daunting.  I feel your pain from doing similar type processes.
