Flex 5 Desktop
So I keep getting these emails about people using Flex 5 and how great and fast it is - just got an email today from Flex with some customer stories about how great it is. Why has the functionality that some people are using not been released to more customers? Is there some magic sign up list that we've missed? What is the anticipated roll out of Flex 5 functionality to more users?

Thanks for your questions! Flex5 is currently in the Alpha/Beta testing stage, so there is an early access testing list that you can be added to. If you send us an email at support@flexrentalsolutions.com I would be happy to add you to the list. As more and more functionality is added to Flex5, we will be giving access to more customers. Flex5 is in continual and active development and we are rolling out new features every couple of weeks with the goal of being in a day-to-day operational state by the middle of the year. You can email support and ask them to put you on the alpha test group. And yes, the speed gains are impressive, but know that it's very much and alpha software version. MANY features aren't included yet and of course things will crash for no reason. Tabs might not update when normally they would. For basic quote creation it can be great but as soon as you need to play around with it you'll find yourself back in Flex 4.

Thanks for the question. We are looking for Flex5 to be in day-to-day operations this summer. We are working on finalizing a roadmap so that we can be a bit more transparent about where we are at in the process and where we are going, but generally speaking, you can expect to be using Flex5 this summer.
