Is there a way to highlight/flag bad customers if they are habitual late payers or always lose equipment?
We have the terms fields enabled on the quotes but it would be good to maybe have a color in the terms box on the webpage as you are creating the quote which would bring your eye to this important detail.
Or a color for the client maybe?
Any kind of warning would be great.
Also having the 'in advance' term making you unable to 'ship' the job would be great too but i can see this being a can of worms with workflows etc.
