    Thanks for the question and I will echo what Aaron said below (who is an excellent resource btw). The easiest and most detailed report is the inventory export which you can find in the Reports menu.     Hey Adrian,

    Try the Inventory Export report.  The format should be CSV so you can easily edit it as a spreadsheet.  The model version of the report  gives you every model in your system with many of the associated fields.  The unit version of the report only provides the serialized units with fields relating to individual units.

    By the way, consider how you open a CSV in a spreadsheet software.  By default, most of them will remove leading zeros from fields such as barcodes.  If this is important to salvage, you'll have to adjust the settings for the import to not convert or to interpret as text.  Maybe that won't matter to you, but thought I'd mention it.
