copying contents of one package over to another

If i have a package with a lot of contents and I want to make another with the same contents is there a fast way to get all of those exact same contents over to a different package ? 

I want to make a virtual package and add same contents as the serial package and then I will change the serial package to something else.  

Not that I couldn't add the contents one by one but I may be doing this with other items as well...it would be nice to quickly move or copy contents from one package to another.

  Hey Robert,

  Thanks for the question and I will echo what Nick has said. We don't currently have a feature to copy all of the contents or suggestions of an item, but as Nick said, you can run a report with barcodes to make transferring those items over easier. I think that is the best option for you currently.

  Hi Robert,

  This is something we would like to do too!. As far as i know there is no copy/paste function yet in Flex.

  You could Run the Inventory Model Storage Requirements Report and narrow down the inventory group. It gives you the option to include barcodes which you could then scan quickly into a new package.

  This would be dependant on your package contents being a storage requirement and not a suggestion though

  thx guys. I'll continue the manual process then.  lol.  
  what i was doing was making a virtual package of something.
  So I was copying the contents of the serial package and using that as a reference to
  make sure all of the needed contents were the same in my new virtual package.

  I was searching the forum and was wondering if there was any update on this? Was hoping by now there was a way to copy suggestions and suggestion types so I don't have to manually do it over and over.
