Bug: Inventory - Decommissioning with Bulk Edit

When decommissioning serialized items via "Bulk Edit Selected Serial Units" Flex fails to generate two additional fields:

• Decommissioned Date:
• Decommissioned By:

Another possibly related side effect of this is the affected items will not show on a "Decommissioned Report". Manually decommissioning from the drop down in the "Edit Serial Number Detail" functions as expected. 

This is more of a convenience issue but something to be cognizant about if you utilize that report for end of year.
