This there a way to get Brother printers and/or label makes PT-P750W to work for printing barcodes?

  Barcode printing with Flex is all about the features within the Printer. Although we do not directly support using a Brother printer, as long as it has networkability and the ability to understand the EPL and/or ZPL printing languages, you should be good.
