Mobile App

I wanted to ask whether there are any plans to update the Flex Rental Solutions app, particularly with a focus on improving usability for warehouse operations.

From what we can see, there have been no meaningful updates to the app since 2024, and currently we are finding it quite slow and occasionally buggy. This makes it difficult to rely on during busy load-ins and warehouse prep where speed and stability are critical.

From a warehouse point of view, a smoother and more responsive experience would make a big difference day to day.

It would be great to understand:

• Whether any updates or improvements are planned in the near future

• If there is a roadmap for mobile/app performance enhancements

• Whether there are recommended workarounds or best practices to improve performance in the meantime
