I feel like I missing something obvious - but I'm looking for a way to get a report or a notification somewhere when expendable supplies go low. Say when I only have 10 rolls of gaff left, I'd like to be notified.

 

Some way that's easy to set that up?

  Hey David, there isn't going to be something that dynamically responds and notifies you.  But here is what is possible.  Set your Threshold quantities for the pertinent models.  Then setup Flex's "Threshold Qty Report - Less Than" to be auto emailed to you every Monday morning or whatever frequency you prefer.  This type of setup is what's common for your need.  Chime back if you don't know how to setup automated report emails.
