    Hi Atticus-

First of all, it sounds like you are doing this in Flex 4. Why is that? Unless you are making adminstrator-only settings changes, Flex 4 should be considered obsolete and unsupported. At this point you will do yourself more harm than good by using Flex 4 for daily operations. You should generally do all of your day-to-day work (and even testing) in Flex 5 since that is where the development attention is focused as well.

Most likely, if you are seeing a failed HTML download from Flex 4 when generating a report, there is an error in the report. If you try running the report in Flex 5 instead, you may be shown some detail about the error which could help identify the cause. Most likely you will need help to identify and rectify this situation, either from Flex support (email them) or from a custom report developer (like Square Wave).

When you click the 'Generate PDF' link, the PDF will download as Quote-12345.PDF (or whatever your number is). If you click a report name link e.g. 'Quote Look A', it will download as something like Quote-Look-A.PDF. This is not currently configurable in Flex but it has been requested.

If you would like any help with custom reports, our expert team at Square Wave is more than happy to help. E-mail us at hello@squarewave.com.au and we can discuss your needs.

I'm using Flex 4 because I'm setting up a new fresh start of Flex for our company and I'm working in System Settings and Project Elements.

When I try to run T&C in Flex 5 I receive the following:

"This request relies on Flex4. Flex4 might be unavailable or there is a Flex4 Api issue."

    Copy that.

Yeah that error message probably means there is some sort of error occurring in the report. Sometimes it gives more information which can help narrow down the issue but not always.

500 Server Error: [Font "Times-Roman" is not available to the JVM. See the Javadoc for more details.]

But I'm not using "Times-Roman"... I tried Helvetica and Arial.

I figured it out. The T&C need to be uploaded to the corporate identity NOT the Terms and Conditions in the system settings.
