Custom PO Sutotal Issue

Good Day,

I am working on a custom PO report, and it is all working correctly except for the subtotal.  It displays the subtotal cost correctly, but if i copy lines over from a sales quote that has prices associated with the line it will also create a subtotal line for the price.

Any suggestion on what I can do to remedy this would be appreciated.
