If a rental PO is created from scratch outside of a contract, instead of from a shortage, is there a way to link that PO to the job that its been sub hired for?

  Hey Felicity!

  This is possible. In the RPO "Modify" workbench menu, choose the "Move Rental PO" option. This will allow you to not only move the stand-alone RPO but make it a child of a Quote with shortages. Once the RPO is moved you will need to open the Link Manager for the line items that will solve shortages and update the links between the Quote and RPO.
