Retail Quantity Not Changing
We currently do not track our retail expendables in Flex. We started testing the capability only to discover that quoting/invoicing expendable items in our inventory does not alter the retail quantities. They are in the quotes/invoices as retail and the items have a quantity. I'm not sure where to begin troubleshooting this. I've searched every setting I could think of.
