If you download Flex4 you can adjust those settings from within Flex 4 and the settings will populate in Flex 5.  If you need a step by step click through instruction, let me know.

Note:  These settings will eventually be available in Flex 5 but they are not there yet...

    Hi David-

I'm not familiar with the settings you're referring to. Please elaborate, you've piqued my curiosity!

    Thanks,

Haha!  Bigs wants to know how its done.  This is the equivalent of a college professor asking a freshman student to teach the class.  Lol... Ok, Ill bite.

Here is the short and quick answer (see screenshot below).  If you need a click through to show how to navigate to this location in Flex 4, let me know..

You can have a "mailing address " that populates on quotes and invoices.  Then you can have a "shipping address" that populates on Pullsheets and Manifests.

    Hi David-

I'm always trying to learn more! Flex is such a complex system, there are always new areas of functionality to dive deeper into.

So I do have a separate mailing address and shipping address configured for my warehouse (which can be done in Flex 5 btw). How would I now specify which address should be used on different reports? When I generate a Quote report (Default Financial Document) and Pull Sheet report (Default Equipment List), it is showing the Mailing Address for that location only.

And to the point of the thread - Ariel Beach-Westmoreland does this line of exploration even seem like it may be a solution for you? Would it work to configure a Mailing Address for each of your warehouses and have that be the address which is shown on your reports? Or is the Mailing Address already being used for another purpose?
