tech scheduling reminders

I have been looking for a way to send some type of "scheduled" text messages to our tech as reminders for load in/out call times.  Are there any features within flex that can do this?  If not is there anything out there that could possibly integrate with the flex calendar that could help with this?  Thank you in advance.
