Same situation here, instead of a couple of mouse clicks though, substituting (used) to work well. now it's more or less the same as adding another item, LM/WM etc.

Thanks Nick - yes we review and edit quotes prior to going to the PS. This bug is happening when we're resolving for shortages in the quote stage. Nothing like that on your instance?

We did - took a while, and took a call w/Chris to get it sorted out, took much longer than it should have but finally got it done. Good luck Drew!
