Email Notification when a New Quote is Created

Hello,

Is there a way to send an email to a specific user when any user creates a new quote?  An email notification? Thank you for your help!

  when a new document is created there are no hooks to send emails (or any other automation).

  emails (automation) can only be triggered when a status changes within the document.

  for example, an email can be sent when an invoice is created.  This is smoke an mirrors.  The email is not created when an invoice is created, rather it is created when a quote changes status to "Invoiced"
