Remove Call Time Line item when dragging labor over to a quote

Hi All

We are currently not planning on using the crewing / labor module portion of Flex. Is there a way to turn off the "Call Time" line item on the quotes so it doesn't show up at all? Since we aren't planning on using the labor module for scheduling and whatnot, it would be easier to have a cleaner quote to not have that line item. 

I know there is a setting in:  Projects > Element Definitions > Quote > Line Item Options that allows you to "Line Mute Call Time by Default." What I am looking for is to not have that line item show up on a quote at all.

  You can enable/disable call times in the resource type itself. 
  
  Go to Main Menu --> System Settings --> Resource Types --> Labor. Then scroll down till you see "Call Times Enabled" field option. Select "No" in this dropdown and you will no longer see the call times.
