Flex Spring Clean Webinar - Unreturned Manifest
I was watching the first part about cleaning up the unreturned manifest. I followed along with Nick's and noticed that the 2 check marks in the upper right corner he marked on the manifest is faded. I click the item that has not been returned and I don't have the option to click the double check marks. I did notice that in Nick's example his manifest did not have the red bar indicating that the manifest was finalized. Could this be the issue and if so how would I clear that from here? The items that coming up as unreturned are power strips, IEC's, and small items similar to those. At the moment I have 16 pages of miscellaneous items that should be cleared off my report.

Hey Kate,
That's correct, when the Manifest is finalized, you can't scan or manually mark line items as returned. You can unfinalize the Manifest by clicking the lock icon in the upper right corner and that will allow you to then manually mark the line items as returned.
