Change Shipping Manifest to "Rental" sheet/report

Hello, I'm wondering if there is a way that we can create a "Rental" sheet that we can give to customers when they rent equipment from us, rather than a shipping manifest. We use the shipping manifest when we send out equipment on our own, but would like something indicating it is a rental. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
