Task scheduling/Preventative maintenance
We are trying to figure out the best way to use flex to remind us of when we need to do preventative maintenance on some of our gear. It seems like tasks are the best option for us, but is there a way to only see tasks after we have reached their start date? we can add a start date to the task but there doesn't seem to be a way to filter it out of the task list if we haven't reached the start date.

This is a request I have heard from quite a few users. I have devised a report-based solution which should work pretty well.
Basically you would input all of your maintenance procedures in Flex then define a schedule for each item-procedure combination by entering it into the inventory model. Then a report can be automatically generated showing all required maintenance which is upcoming or overdue.
