Received Signed Contract Column in Daybook

I'm not sure if this is something I am able to do but I'm looking for a way to add a column in the Daybook view that shows whether we have received a client's signed contract. I'd like to be able to look through the Daybook and quickly recognize whether we have received a signed contract. Is this possible?

  Hey Kate,

  Element Definition custom fields can be used for this. Go to Main Menu > Projects > Element Definitions > Quotes (or whatever element definitions you want them asscoiated with) > "Custom Fields" tab.  There you can dedicate one of the 10 custom fields for this purpose. Make the Field Type boolean.  Then, you can add that custom field to your calendar.  Note that unpopulated boolean fields default to "No" on the calendar.
