Element List - Sub-Item Auto Collapse AND Keep collapsed when Re-Ordering

It would be nice to auto close all sub-elements into themselves, not just into the event folder element. As projects grow it can become a lot of individual closings you have to do.

It would also be nice when sub-elements are closed, when you reorder they would stay closed. As of now they all open back up.
